Crude oil decalcification (metal) agent is composed of chelating agent, anti-corrosion agent and solvent with special molecular structure. Magnesium, iron and other organic salts combine to form metal chelates that are easily soluble in water. These organic salts that are not easily soluble in water are removed during electrical desalination and dehydration. Reduce equipment corrosion, reduce fouling, and prevent metal ions from being carried into subsequent processes and causing harm (such as blockage of the hydrogenation catalyst bed, change in the properties of catalytic cracking catalyst particles, and increase in the ash content of delayed coking petroleum coke products).

1. It does not contain strong acids and alkalis. Compared with the existing decalcification (metal) agents, it has no corrosion or less corrosiveness to the equipment, and the corrosion rate of ordinary carbon steel is less than 0.1mm/a;

2. The removal efficiency of calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal ions is high. When the dosage is 200-300ppm, the decalcification rate is more than 80%, and the removal rate of other metals is more than 50%;

3. It has a wide range of general applicability, and has a good demetallization effect on different crude oils.

It is suitable for the removal of organometallic salts in crude oils with different properties such as paraffin base, naphthenic base and intermediate base.
